The stay at the hotel was very pleasant. Staff was super co-operative and service was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody who is looking for a nice stay in Lucknow in a mid-level pricing. Public transport connectivity is also good since the hotel is on main road.

ailsThe Toilet wall was broken, walls were damp and smelling when we first entered. The mattress was so old and torn that it's spring was coming out and while getting out of bed at night 4am i got scratched with the pointed spring on my inner thigh. After calling the desk someone came and says "itni choti si baat he sir". The worst hotel till date. I have a video too. Even after narrating the same to the manager in morning I asked what will you do about this, they offered me free lunch as if am a free eater. Worst customer service.

We booked executive class room for 2 days which is extended till today. No Internet no hot water washrooms no water / flushes not working. Expensive food. 2 menu card with different rates. Lift super slow. DO NOT VISIT NOT RECOMMENDED

I had an overnight stay at the property when I went to lucknow to attend a function. it was the worst ever decision I took with respect to hotel stay. let me begin chronologically. 1. No proper parking space for guests arriving with own vehicle. 2. No facility available for driver night halt. I have to request hotel to manage one as being a cold night driver cannot stay in car. 3. On reaching the room it was even more horrible. Almirah door hinge was broken with no hangers in it. In washroom there was no hot water supply in tap. WC flush was not working. when I reported all issues to front desk and requested for room change. After uncountable reminders there was no response approximately after an hour one guy came for repair when I shouted over phone to front desk. Guests are paying the huge amount for facilities not fit gap arrangement. Hotel should make a note of that. 4. Response from room service was highly unprofessional. 5. On complaining hotel staff was not even apologetic for the service they offered. Rather their response was like "Jo hai yahi hai...." This is not even worth being called a hotel. Service at any guest house is much better than this at a cheaper rate. Highly unrecommended hotel.
